Welcome to F.O. Doors Limited. These Terms of Service outline the rules and regulations for the purchase of our premium Turkish security doors, interior doors, smart lock systems, and door handles, as well as the use of our website.
1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing this website, placing inquiries, and purchasing products from our showroom at Doblo Gornor, off Amasaman Obom road, Accra, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please do not proceed with ordering or browsing our services.
2. Product Information and Quotes
While we make every effort to display up-to-date specifications and product availability, product stock is subject to demand. Price tags shown as "Premium Class" or specific quotes provided by our sales team remain valid for 14 days from the date of issuance due to import fluctuation rates.
3. Orders and WhatsApp Communications
When you initiate an order or request via the WhatsApp redirect forms, you will be connected directly to our official representatives. A purchase is only finalized upon standard invoice issuance and deposit receipt validation in accordance with our finance policy.
4. Warranty Policy
We provide a comprehensive 2-year warranty on all Turkish-imported security doors and Smart Lock Pro series against manufacturer defects, locking system failures, and structural warping under West African coastal conditions. The warranty does not cover damage caused by self-installation attempts, structural modification, or physical vandalism.
5. Installation and Deliveries
Standard delivery and installation schedules must be coordinated with our project managers. If you choose to use our professional installation team, you must ensure the construction frames are cleared, structural openings match the dimensions provided, and the workspace is accessible during scheduled times.
6. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall F.O. Doors Limited, nor any of its officers and employees, be held liable for anything arising out of or in any way connected with your self-installation or misuse of security hardware.
7. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Ghana, and any disputes will be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Accra.
